Before retraining as a therapist, I worked for twenty-five years as a musician in bands, theatre shows, orchestras, solo projects, writing, arranging, recording and collaborating with other performers and writers.
In one-to-one therapy sessions, I work with clients from all across the music industry, often with a focus on performance anxiety, creative blocks, career challenges, compulsive behaviours and addiction, retirement, illness and injury.
